Our GIA Graduate Gemologist and jewelry professionals are dedicated to producing unbiased and accurate appraisals. We will determine and document the value of diamonds, gemstones and all types of jewelry for you and your insurance. Our professional experience and integrity provides security to you. Our appraisals are done on-premise. (Exceptions apply)

The Hazan unique International Warranty applies to products purchased from Hazan Unique and is generally valid for one year from the date of purchase. It covers all manufacturing and technical defects, as well as defective materials and parts. Exceptions apply.

Schedule an appointment and bring us the item that needs service. Please have a copy of your original receipt for reference, if the item is still under warranty. You may also contact us at contact@hazanunique.com and a customer service representative will contact you or reply within 48 hours. BY MAIL: If it is more convenient, you may mail your item to us and we will service it for you. Please contact us by phone or e-mail for the steps to follow depending on your location. Please include in your package a copy of your original receipt (if the item is still under warranty) and a brief note describing the service you are requesting, along with your current home address and telephone number. A customer service representative will notify you as soon as we have received your package.

Our trade-in and upgrade services only apply to gems and jewelry (excluding pearls) purchased at Hazan unique. For instance, An emerald ring purchased at Hazan unique can be traded for a new emerald ring, emerald bracelet or any new emerald jewelry piece of your choice. To be eligible for the upgrade, your new piece must be priced at least double the purchase price of your original jewelry. For example, if your original earrings were purchased at Hazan unique for $500, your new purchase must be priced at $1,000 or more.

Our gems and jewelry trade-in and upgrade services allow you to take any diamond jewelry purchased at Hazan unique. If you no longer wear then trade it in for a brand new jewelry item. You will get the same service, quality and exceptional value you’ve come to expect as a guest at Hazan unique. Just bring your Hazan jewelry into our local store for a consultation and trade-in evaluation.
Trade-in and Upgrade Key Facts
• Only Hazan gems and jewelry items qualify for trade-in upgrade services.
• The purchase price of the upgrade must be double the original purchase price or more.
• Pearl jewelry is not eligible for trade-in.
